15 Minute at Home Workout


Exercising at home should be quick and easy to do! Enjoy this 15 minute, no equipment, low-impact workout! Any moves you don’t know are commonly named and can be easily searched for online before you start.



Warm up (1:30 minutes). Perform each move a few seconds until time is up.

Jog in place

Jumping/faux jacks

Standing knee crunch

Wall push up

Squats



Workout:

30 Squats

30 Alternating lunges

10 Second rest

Repeat 2 more times


30 Squat punches

30 Standing knee crunches

10 Second rest

Repeat 2 more times


30 Alternating single arm wall push up

6 sets I’s, Y’s, T’s

10 Second rest

Repeat 2 more times


Cool down:

Side step (30 seconds)

Stretch (1 minute)
