How To Exercise Safely During Covid-19
Has your fitness results recoiled since Covid-19? What are you going to do about that? It's hard if your gym or regular routine is disrupted.
Working out outside has its advantages! Fresh air and nice view, only issue would be the temperature! Before the sun comes up and after the sun goes down during the summer months is a great idea and opposite for winter months. Walk, run, play. When was the last time you played? Play Frisbee with someone or kick ball! Talk about social distancing!
Find a local fitness group and see if they take social distancing seriously.
Where ever you go, try to bring your own sanitizing spray/gel/wipe to wipe down equipment before and after you use it.
Take your health in your own hands. Move away from people not taking precautions seriously.
I literally exhale from my nose when people pass me. Crazy? Perhaps.
There are plenty of resources for people to workout at home.
Buy your own equipment to workout at home or in your backyard.
Worse case scenario, if you're not as physically active as before, you can take this time to fine tune your nutrition.
